About Katia Khomich
I am Katia Khomich. I am a certified mindfulness & mindset coach, yoga therapist and a health behaviour coach. In my work I use breathing, mindfulness, loving-kindness, and movement. I prepare you for birth, teaching you skills of optimal breathing, processing emotions, skills of self-compassion, pain management and focused attention.
All my work is trauma informed.
My mission is to inspire 10 000 expecting and first-time mothers to learn about and start practicing mindfulness, breathwork and gentle movement so that that can approach their pregnancy, birth, recovery and and health in general – in wiser, holistic way. I am also a mom of a baby girl, pregnant with my second baby. People call me calm and insightful. I teach what I practice and what helps me to stand up for myself, my health and well-being.
