I’ve been teaching the wonderful Mongan Method of HypnoBirthing, for nearly 10 years. The course consists of 5 sessions, each approximately 2.5 hours long, spread over 5 weeks.

On Fridays from 19:00 to 21:30
I’m currently holding group courses at the beautiful midwife clinic in Amstelveen, Verloskundigen Helende Meesters, opposite the Amstelland hospital.
I keep the groups nice and small, with a maximum of 5 couples, so that the atmosphere is cosy, intimate and comfortable. It’s an amazing way to get to meet other parents!
The course contents include:
