I’m a certified doula, dedicated to empowering women and individuals throughout pregnancy, birth, and life journeys. With a background in coaching therapy and reiki, I combine ancient wisdom with modern research, offering a unique and holistic approach. Inspired by my own experiences through my work and as a mother of three. In this workshop I will offer a transformative birth preparation workshop using the renowned “Hypnobirthing” method. Expectant parents gain confidence and tools for a positive birthing experience.
