What you will learn
In this 2-hour workshop, you will receive a solid foundation on Ayurveda for pregnancy and birth and you will understand how Ayurveda supports a newborn mother during the first 6 weeks after birth. Through this understanding, you will discover ways to incorporate these practices into your own journey of motherhood or how to use them to support your clients through their journeys.
