The sleep support group is an exclusive community on WhatsApp designed for parents with infants aged 4 to 18 months.
As a holistic sleep coach, I offer up to 5 families the opportunity to join.
Upon joining, participants receive a 30-minute consultation call with me and ongoing daily support. While not a complete consultation, the support involves valuable tips and reassurance to enhance their child’s sleep. This group serves as a secure platform for parents to connect, share experiences, and exchange tips without the fear of judgment. Notably, should participants later choose a full consultation, the €70 value of the support group is deducted from the sleep consultation package.
It’s a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and navigate the challenges of infant sleep together.
