Pam England talks beautifully about the Labyrinth of birth and the heroine’s journey, encompassing the phases of Preparation, Ordeal, and Return.
In these three gatherings, we will delve into the labyrinth of Birth Death and Rebirth,
embarking on the heroine’s journey to reflect,
explore, and
Honor the experiences of
Pregnancy,
Birth,
and Postpartum
after Loss.
The aim is to gain a profound understanding of the emotions woven into our personal narratives. Walking the labyrinth is a powerful tool that grants permission to release and embrace rebirth as women after the challenging experience of Pregnancy Loss.
Throughout our time together, we will engage in journaling, draw the labyrinth for better visualization of the path and to understand where we are in the present moment, grounding and guided meditations, and gentle movements to facilitate the integration of our stories and emotions.
We will conclude with a collective “closing of the bones” ritual, marking the end of this chapter in our lives after experiencing pregnancy loss.
Sharing our stories creates space in our minds and hearts, allowing us to shed
Shame,
Guilt,
Loneliness,
and the Absence of Support.
