About Sandra Delgado Quist:
Hello! My name is Sandra and I am a registered homeopath and certified teacher of Jikiden Reiki. I am American by birth with Mexican heritage, mother to a wonderful teenage son and happily married to a Dutch man. We have been living in The Netherlands since 2010.
Although I have always had an interest in natural medicine, I began to explore various complementary treatments when I became a mother and was living abroad in Bahrain. My first Reiki lesson was in the Middle East but I enjoyed it so much that I trained to become a teacher in Kyoto Japan with the Jikiden Reiki Institute. I have been practicing for over 10 years and teaching since 2015. About the same time my mother in law, who is now a retired homeopath, exposed me to the wonderful world of homeopathy. I was so intrigued by how one little ‘energy filled’ pill could work so dramatically and quickly that it led to my five year study at the School of Homeopathy in Stroud, in the U.K..
The more that I study, the more I realise how much more there is to learn about people and our world. I am passionate about learning and teaching people tools that will empower them to help themselves and their family. Many people are interested in living a more balanced and health conscious life which is why I teach Reiki, it is such a useful and simple tool that anyone can learn and put into use straight away. Additionally, becoming a mother made me realise how important it is to have knowledge of various natural therapies to help your own family in emergency situations. Therefore I also offer a basic introduction to using Homeopathy in the home.
I maintain office hours in the Tauro Building in The Hague and offer online homeopathic consultations. I speak fluent English, Spanish and my Dutch improves daily.
