Whether you are trying to conceive, are pregnant or have just given birth, I invite you to take part in the free webinar I’ll be hosting about the use and benefits of Sophrology for Maternity.
Sophrology for Fertility:
We will explore how Sophrology can bring help, both physically and mentally, during the preconception phase. Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or with medical assistance (IUI, IVF…), discover how Sophrology can give you support in your preparation.
Sophrology for Pregnancy and Birth: Pregnancy causes both significant physiological and physical changes as well as strong emotional and psychological disruptions (fear of miscarriage or losing the baby, fear of not being a good mother, anxiety about childbirth’s pain…). Whatever stage of your pregnancy, discover how Sophrology can help you feel better prepared (both physically and mentally) for this initiatory and crucial event in your life.
Sophrology for Postpartum: After giving birth and during the postpartum period, discover how Sophrology can help you get back in shape, and regain vitality and energy. This period can be exhausting for new mums, especially when breastfeeding. Practising Sophrology will give you the tools to recover more quickly, and find a new balance.
We’ll talk about how Sophrology has its place in the different phases of Maternity, and then you’ll be able to experience some simple and accessible exercises for yourself.
