- How to help your baby to understand the difference between day and night
- When can you expect a routine (feeding & sleeping)
- Helpful gadgets to soothe a crying baby: when and why to swaddle or sleeping bag
- The ‘Five S’ technique, ‘the Hold’, tummy time & baby wearing
- Disposable or reusable nappies?
- Bilingual babies; how many laguages do we speak to our baby?
