This Childbirth preparation course is ONLINE in English for expectant mothers (around 30-34 weeks pregnant) and their partners to prepare for the birth of their baby.
This course is mainly geared to first-time parents and especially relevant if you want your partner to understand the basics in only a few hours and learn how you can best be helped (or as a refresher course if this is your second baby). This course includes breathing and massage exercises.
