Dance heart-to-heart with your little one! Bond with your baby and joyfully dance in this safe, bright and beautiful space.

This group is for all the moms-to-be, the moms with little ones, and the dads that are willing to dance and connect with their children!

If you are pregnant or if you have a baby from 0 to 2 years old, if you like music, and you like to dance, this group is for you!

Settling your baby in a carrier is a common concern but it is definitely still worth trying the class since the movement and music often calms the most unsettled of babies. Also if the parent/carer is relaxed then this will help calm the baby 🙂

Class details:

• For moms-to-be, moms and dads with little ones
• Great for babies & toddlers from 6 weeks to two years old
• Postpartum moms must be cleared for exercise
• Must use a two-shouldered baby carrier
• No dance experience necessary ! It’s all about connection over perfection. 💛
