The Three-weekly courses are given face-2-face, in English and with partner.
The best time to start this course is if you are between 30-33 weeks of pregnancy.
This Three-weekly course is a compact version of the Five-weekly course. The major difference with the Five-weekly course is that there is less time for group discussions and rehearsal simply because it is only three sessions of two hours. There will be a baby reunion after all your babies have been born if the group is interested.
